         The World Injustice Tribunal is a Court of Law and Equity that is committed to excellence in providing just, fair, accessible and timely resolution of civil and criminal matters within its jurisdiction in an atmosphere of respect for all parties and other court users with rule of law and justice in mind.  It focuses on and targets above all the widespread and alarming Iniquity and Injustice of our time and age worldwide. The W. I. T.  also provides, on a limited basis, a variety of other services such as mediation, consultations, public talks, lectures, seminars, classes, debates, panel discussions, and publicity events.

 

       We deal with Injustice.  We denounce, reject, and reprove it.           In doing so, we look to the strict Rule of Law as our yardstick.

 

       We are serious about Law & Justice.  The courts are often not.  They are paid to implement policies of those who pay them using tax-payers' money.  You may or may not not be one of them.

 

       We will give you an Authoritative, Speedy, well-Conceived and Fair Judgment, Opinion, Advice, or Review of your Verdict or Appeal. We do implement and encourage also the alternative methods of dispute resolution by Mediation and Arbitration.

 

    As we Confront Injustice and Abuses that are commonplace in today's unsettled world, we are keenly aware, however, that Admini- stration of True Justice is an extremely difficult task to shoulder because it is often incalculable, seldom carved in stone,  may not even properly exist as such, being only a perceived figment of our honest imagination in relation to our own undefinable, intuitive "righteousness" and the respective "balancing of scales".

      We believe, however that there is a Justice per se that looks impartially at the merits of every case regardless its parties or their situation, status, qualities, rank, wealth, religion, power, weaponry, rhetoric, or the like, and that it is possible to see through the intricacies of legal considerations to arrive at a certain well-ba-lanced, just, fair, noble, dignified, and righteous outcome.

 

      As such, we wish to help our ailing, unsettled, decadent and failing world where it is most lacking :  the Rule of Law and Justice.

     We desire to re-kindle the hope that our human race is able to do things right, pull out of corruption, eliminate evil and pointless suffering of its own making, forego the doom of mankind  . . . .

       We would like a meaningful measure of basic human values, such as decency, honor, valor, honesty, truth, respect for God-given rights, to take the central stage in our lives although we know that the forces and tendencies against us are formidable.

 

      We Strive to be Impartial.  We do not look at who your are.  We know that as Plaintiff you most likely did suffer a Damage, Harm, or Injury and have a Valid, Meritorious Cause of Action calling for Redress.  You seek Justice and you should get it.  Your Award or Damages should come without delay.  And from then on you will have a solid ground to stand on instead of the current uncertainty, doubt, dilemma, and anguish in the hands of general courts.

 

    We are a 501c3 global group of independent legal professionals, judges, and analysts apart from the estab-lished legal systems, as the latter are often based on law formu-lated, conditioned, interpreted and used (or abused) by the power elite to protect, enforce, further and promote their private agendas and interest.  A 3-judge panel determines the causes before the WIT.

   We aim at maintaining superior, speedy, straight-forward, and honest approach to every situation on hand to implement proper and optimal balance of solid judgmental approach.  This way, we are creating also a competitive judicial environment to engage in a healthy and much needed, meaningful quest for solutions to a varie- ty of scenarios and controversies so as to contribute to reduction of unhappiness, tensions, iniquity, legal wrongs & ills, and injustice.  We strive to firmly uphold Law and Interest of Justice.
 
    Yes, it is especially the latter injustice perpetrated by flawed workings of the present-day judicial systems around the globe that we seek to address, challenge, reprove, criticize, expose, offset, remove, and replace with a better,  law-based dispute resolution.

    To this end, we rely primarily on the Anglo-American concept, codification and perspectives of law as the most sophisticated one in existence and one replete with the most elaborate, extensive case-law collections on both the State and Federal level covering the past 150 years.  It is a virtual treasury of law, thought, know- ledge, solutions, insights, and wisdom.  We also refer to God's law yardstick when  and where applicable, needed, or mandatory.

     We administer justice in origial civil cases, even those already pending in other courts, review existing judgments, even those pending in appeals courts, as well as verdicts by the latter. We do not accept each and every case presented to us as our capacity is limited. We follow very simple rules avoiding unnecessary formalities and beaurocratic red tape.  Check out our How-to & Rules Section.

   We are poised to be not only justice-oriented, but well-informed and knowlegable, persuasive, aggressive, determined, creative, resourceful, and persistent in the pursuit of your and our goal . The cost to you will be kept at a minimum . Even so, you will get an informed, educated, law-based, persuasive opinion to move to the next step in your search of redemption and victory over the wrong you suffered.
